Our president and owner, Mr. Martin Miller, is a Florida licensed combined civil/structural engineer and has more than 30 years experience managing  multi-million dollar commercial building projects including offices, schools, hospitals, utilities, jails and more. He has 14 years prior experience as a general contractor, 10 years as a construction project manager,  8 years as an architect’s contract administrator and has been a licensed civil engineer for 22 years.
